试论汪伪政府对两淮盐场的经营

汪伪政府在成立后,出于税收以及安抚人心等方面考虑,积极参与两淮盐场的管理,并做了一些努力,尤其是引进了现代公司管理制度,一定程度上恢复了两淮盐场的生产。但因为其政权的傀儡性质,使得沦陷区人民根本得不到任何利益,反而加剧了沦陷区人民的生活困难。
