护理本科课程体系的研究是人才培养的重要途径,而课程设置的关键在于设置者的教育思想与办学理念。通过深入研究分析,以儒家仁学思想为内涵,以现代护理观为指导,提出"仁心人护"的办学理念,并在此理念指导下从显性课程及隐形课程两方面对护理本科课程体系进行构建。

The research of undergraduate nursing curriculum is the significant approach for talent training, but the core of curriculum construction lies in the designer＇s ideas. Through the detailed analysis and research, the educational philosophy of “Care the person with both a benevolent mind and heart” is put forward and its ideological connotation is the benevolence of confucianism and the modern nusing concept as instruction, which can be the guidance for the construction of the undergraduate nursing program in view of the dominant course and invisible course .
