摘要
构建一个基于FPGA、Gige Vidion摄像机和DSP的图像采集与处理平台,并对基于帧间差分的异物检测算法加以改进,优化处理后嵌入DSP图形处理单元,设计一套完整的异物检测系统。
An image acquisition and processing system consist of FPGA, GigE Vision camera and DSP is introduced. The defects detection algorithm which based on the frame difference is improved. After optimization, the algorithm is embedded in DSP graphics processing unit. Then a completed defects detection system is designed.
