摘要
热压烧结制备了SiO2 -AlN -BN复合材料 ,研究了SiO2 -AlN -BN复合材料的力学性能、介电性能和热学性能 .结果说明 :第二相颗粒AlN和第三相颗粒BN的引入对SiO2 -AlN -BN复合材料的力学性能有显著的补强增韧作用 ,同时SiO2 -AlN -BN复合材料也展现了优秀的介电性能和热学性能而有望成为一新型介电复合材料 .
SiO 2-AlN-BN composites were fabricated via hot_pressing process. A comprehensive investigation on mechanical, dielectric and thermal properties of SiO 2-AlN-BN composites was conducted. The results indicate that the incorporation of the second-phase AlN and tertiary-phase BN particles enhance greatly mechanical properties of SiO 2-AlN-BN composites. SiO 2-AlN-BN composites exhibit excellent dielectric and thermal properties similar to those of SiO 2 matrix. SiO 2-AlN-BN composites are convinced to be a novel composite for antenna window application.
