药用植物接骨草的化感作用

Allelopathic effect of a Chinese traditional herbal medicine Sambucus chinensis

采用滤纸法,以蒸馏水作对照,研究4种不同浓度梯度的接骨草(Sambucus chinensis)水浸提液对小白菜(Brassica rapa)、萝卜(Raphanus sativus)、黄瓜(Cucumis sativus)、小麦(Triticum aestivum)和玉米(Zea mays)等5种农作物种子萌发的影响,以及对小麦、萝卜和玉米3种幼苗茎(叶)长和生物量的影响。结果表明:在种子萌发方面,接骨草水提液对5种作物抑制效应不同,其中对萝卜和小白菜的化感效应最显著。在幼苗茎(叶)长方面,接骨草水提液对萝卜在低浓度时具有显著促进作用,高浓度时具有显著抑制作用;对玉米在低浓度时有促进作用,高浓度时无影响;对小麦叶长无影响。在生物量方面,接骨草水提液对萝卜影响显著,随着处理浓度升高,生物量显著降低;对玉米生物量在低浓度时具有显著促进作用,高浓度时具有显著抑制作用;但同样对小麦生物量影响效果不显著。

The allelopathic effects of Sambucus chinensis water extract at 4 concentrations on seed germinations of 5 crop species,including pakchoi（Brassica rapa）,turnip（Raphanus sativus）,cucumber（Cucumis sativus）,wheat（Triticum aestivum） and maize（Zea mays）,were studied by filter paper method,using the distilled water as control.The allelopathic effects on stem（leaf） lengths and biomasses of 3 crops（wheat,turnip and maize） were also studied.It was found that the water extract of Sambucus chinensis displayed inhibitory effects on the seed germinations of 5 corps at different levels,the effects on turnip and pakchoi being the most significant.For stem（leaf） length,Sambucus chinensis water extract displayed promotion at low concentrations,and inhibition at high concentrations to turnip.It also showed promotion at low concentrations to maize,and no contribution at high concentrations.There was no obvious effect on wheat.For biomass,the water extract displayed significant inhibitory effect on turnip,and the higher the concentration,the lower the biomass.The water extract displayed promotion at low concentrations and inhibition at high concentrations to maize,and no obvious effect on wheat.
