饲粮肌苷酸对雪山草鸡胴体品质、肉质性状及血清中生化指标的影响 被引量:11

摘要 选取健康的1日龄雪山草鸡公雏1 500羽为试验材料,试验共设5个处理,分别为基础饲粮处理(对照)、基础饲粮+0.05%肌苷酸处理、基础饲粮+0.10%肌苷酸处理、基础饲粮+0.20%肌苷酸处理、基础饲粮+0.30%肌苷酸处理,研究不同肌苷酸添加量对雪山草鸡胴体品质、肉质性状及血清中生化指标的影响。结果显示,与对照相比,基础饲粮+0.20%肌苷酸处理的雪山草鸡胸肌率显著提高(P<0.05),基础饲粮+0.30%肌苷酸处理的70日龄胸肌和40日龄腿肌中肌苷酸沉积量显著提高(P<0.05),基础饲粮+0.10%和基础饲料+0.30%肌苷酸处理的40日龄雪山草鸡血清中酸性磷酸酶的活性显著提高(P<0.05),基础饲粮+0.20%肌苷酸处理的40日龄雪山草鸡血清中甘油三酯含量显著下降(P<0.05),基础饲粮+0.10%肌苷酸处理的70日龄雪山草鸡血清中葡萄糖及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著提高(P<0.05)。 A total of one thousand and five hundred one-day-old male Xueshan broilers were allocated to investigate the effect of dietary inosinic acid(IMP) on carcass characteristics,meat quality traits and serum biochemical indices in Xueshan chickens.There were five inosinic acid treatments(0,0.05%,0.10%,0.20 % and 0.30% dietary IMP supplementation).Compared to control,the diets supplemented with 0.20% inosinic acid significantly increased the breast muscle percentage in Xueshan chickens(P0.05),and the diets supplemented with 0.30% inosinic acid significantly enhanced the deposition of inosinic acid in breast muscle of 70-day-old chickens and in thigh muscle of 40-day-old chickens(P0.05).The diets supplemented with 0.10% and 0.30% inosinic acid significantly improved the activities of acid phosphatase in the serum of 40-day-old Xueshan chickens(P0.05).0.20% dietary inosinic acid supplementation significantly decreased the contents of triglycerides in the serum of 40-day-old Xueshan chickens(P0.05).0.10% dietary inosinic acid supplementation significantly raised the glucose and high density lipoprotein levels in the serum of 70-day-old Xueshan chickens(P0.05).
