套袋对霞晖6号桃果实发育过程中果皮色素含量和色差的影响 被引量:15

摘要 为研究不同透光率果袋处理条件下果皮色素含量和色差的变化规律,以中熟水蜜桃品种霞晖6号为试材,选用单层白纸袋、单层报纸袋、外黄内白双层袋和外黄内黑双层袋4种纸袋对果实进行套袋处理,以不套袋为对照,研究了不同袋型对果实生长发育过程中色差和果皮叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花青苷含量的影响。结果表明,套袋显著降低了桃果皮叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和花青苷的含量,套外黄内黑双层袋的含量最低,分别为对照的13.70%、74.47%和8.00%;套袋处理显著提高了果实的亮度值(L*),双层袋的提高效果大于单层袋;单层白纸袋提高了果实的红绿色差(a*)和色饱和度(C)。综合比较,单层白纸袋是霞晖6号桃在长江下游栽培的适宜果袋。 To study the changes of peel pigment content and chromatism of peaches after bagging,four kinds of paper bags with different light transmittances,one-layer white bag,one-layer newspaper bag,two-layer white-inner-yellow-outer bag and two-layer black-inner-yellow-outer bag,were used on peach cultivar Xiahui 6,and the fruit chromatism indexes,peel chlorophyll,carotenoids and anthocyanin contents during the maturation were determined.The results showed that bagging significantly reduced peel chlorophyll,carotenoid and anthocyanin contents,and peach fruits bagged with two-layer black-inner-yellow-outer bags had the lowest contents,which were about 13.70%,74.47% and 8.00% of the control respectively.Bagging improved the fruit brightness values(L*),and two-layer bags were better than one-layer bags.One-layer white-paper bag significantly increased red-green chromatic aberration(a*) and chroma(C).It would be concluded by overall comparison that one-layer white-paper bag was suitable for Xiahui 6 in the Yangtze River valley.
