摘要
以淀粉为原料,利用丙烯酸和苯乙烯为单体通过接枝共聚反应合成一种主链亲水、支链疏水的淀粉类水煤浆分散剂,并通过多次单因素试验确定了最佳反应条件;分析了该分散剂对陕西彬长煤成浆过程中表观粘度与稳定性的影响;同时,研究了该分散剂与陕西彬长煤的作用机理。
This paper focused on preparation of a new kind (CWS) It takes starch as raw material and is synthesized by of dispersant used grafted modification in coal water slurry with acrylic acid and styrene to form a structure with a hydrophilic main chain and hydrophobic side chains. The optimum con- ditions of synthesis were determined by a series of orthogonal experiments. The effects of the dispersant on apparent viscosity and stability of Binchang coal of Shaanxi were discussed, and the mechanism of inter- action between the dispersant and coal surfaces was analyzed.
