摘要
为解决沙曲选煤厂微细矸石颗粒难沉降的问题,通过絮凝沉降试验研究了物料粒度组成、矿浆浓度及水质硬度对其沉降效果的影响。结果表明:物料粒度组成偏细、矿浆浓度增高都会恶化微细矸石颗粒的沉降效果;絮凝剂与凝聚剂联合使用,且絮凝剂分段添加能显著提高微细矸石颗粒的沉降速度,降低上清液的浊度;水质硬度的增加有利于改善微细矸石颗粒的沉降效果。
To solve the problem of difficult settling of fine gangue in Shaqu coal preparation plant, ana- lyzed the influences of size composition, pulp concentration and water hardness on the flocculating settle- ment of particles. The result shows that when finer size composition and increasing of pulp concentration it will worsen the sedimentation effect of fine gangue particles. The synergy of coagulant and flocculant can increase the settling rate of particles and reduce the turbidity of clarified liquor, and the desired set- tlement can be obtainable by batch addition of flocculant. Enhancing the hardness of water is helpful to improve the sedimentation effects of fine particles.
