摘要
跳汰机风阀的机械结构及其调节性能是影响分选条件的重要因素之一。通过对跳汰机各式风阀性能特点进行分析对比,结合多年的理论研究和实践经验,设计了具有无背压,无正压,无磨损,无硬性撞击,开关省力快速,耗气量低,密封可靠等性能特点的新型数控双盖板阀,可更充分地体现数控技术的优越性,使跳汰制度可在一定范围内任意调节,以满足不同煤质对跳汰洗选工艺的需求。
The mechanical structure and adjustability of air valve are the key factors for controlling the separation process. Through the analysis and comparison the features and function for different air valve, and based on the experiments form theoretical study and production practice in many years, designed the new double cover plate valve. This valve with the features of no positive pressure, no back pressure, no wear, no hard impact, open and close easily and quickly, low in air consumption and reliable sealing, which fully reflect the advantages of numerical control technology, making the free adjustment of jigging system in certain range is possible, so that the jigging process can meet the requirement of different coal quality.
