阐述了TBS-3.6型粗煤泥分选机的结构与工作原理、技术参数及其结构优化设计经验,并介绍了其在三交河选煤厂的应用。该分选机的应用有效解决了三交河选煤厂2.00～0.25 mm粒级粗煤泥分选难的问题。
the paper introduced the working principle, technical parameters and experiment of structure opti- mization design of TBS, also described the application of TBS - 3.6 coarse coal slime separator in Sanjiaohe coal preparation plant which separator optimization designed by Liaoning Tianan Mining Technology Co. , Ltd. With the application of TBS - 3.6 coarse slime separator in Sanjiaohe coal preparation plant, effectively solved the issues of difficult to separation the coarse slime with the 2. 0 -0. 25 mm size fraction.
