摘要
通过对东庞矿选煤厂煤泥水性质的分析,利用可自动检测煤泥水的浊度和浓度的煤泥水净化及自动控制系统,实现了根据煤泥水本身特性全过程科学、均匀地自动添加净化药剂,从而提高了煤泥水浓缩澄清的效果,保证了清水洗煤。
The paper analyzed the quality of coal slurry in Dongpan coal preparation plant, and utilizing the automatic technique inspect the turbidity and concentration of coal slurry, realized base on the fea- tures of the coal slurry, scientifically and uniformly and automatically adding the cleaning agent into coal slurry during the total operation process, which improved the purification effect of coal slurry and ensured the coal washing with fresh water.
