盐酸非索非那定片联合玉屏风胶囊治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹疗效观察

Outcomes of fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets with Yupingfeng capsules in chronic idiopathic urticaria

目的:观察盐酸非索非那定片联合玉屏风胶囊治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:共治疗101例患者,按就诊时间,通过随机数字表随机分为2组。治疗组51例,予盐酸非索非那定片60 mg口服,2次/d;玉屏风胶囊1.0 g口服,3次/d,连用28 d;对照组50例,仅予盐酸非索非那定片60 mg口服,2次/d,连用28 d。结果:治疗组有效率94.12%,对照组72.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率治疗组为11.76%,对照组为10.00%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。停药4周后复诊,治疗组复发率为19.23%,对照组为50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非索非那定片联合玉屏风胶囊治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的临床疗效优于单独应用非索非那定片,停药后复发率低。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effects of fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets combined with Yupingfeng capsules in treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria. Methods ： One hundred and one patients were randomly allocated to two groups in compliance with doctors＇ office visit- ing and random digits table. In a consecutive 28 days of therapy for the two groups, the treatment group （ n = 51 ） received oral fexofenadine hydrochoride tablets in a dose of 60 rag, twice a day, and oral Yuping- feng capsules in a dose of 1.0 g, three times a day, whereas the control subjects（ n = 50） were given single oral dose of fexofenadine hydrochlo- ride tablets at 60 mg, twice a day. Results： 94. 12% of the treatment group and 72.00% of the controls responded respectively to the therapy, and the two groups were statistically different（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse effects was 11.76% in the treatment group and 10.00% in the controls, which had not significant difference（P 〉 0.05 ）. The return visit after 4 weeks of the drug withdrawal suggested that 19.23% had relapsed in the treatment group and 50% did in the control group, which were sig- nificantly different in statistics （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Combined use of fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets with Yupingfeng capsules may produce better therapeutic effects than single dose of fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets in treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria and has lower relapse upon drug discontinuance.
