芜湖市大学生安全饮用水健康知识态度行为调查

Investigation of the health knowledge,attitude and practice on secure drinking-water in undergraduates in Wuhu city

目的:了解芜湖市高校大学生对安全饮用水健康知识的认知、态度和行为习惯。方法:对芜湖市安徽师范大学、皖南医学院2 290名在校本科大学生采用自行设计的知识(K)、态度(A)、行为(P)问卷进行调查。结果:芜湖市大学生对安全饮用水知识有一定程度的了解,但还存在某些模糊的认识。女生对安全饮水知识的知晓率高于男生,医学院中医学类专业学生知晓率较高。60.3%大学生觉得每天摄入水不足,45.7%觉得自己的饮水习惯存在问题,40.0%会有意识定时喝水,25.2%每天早晨起床后喝水。结论:在高校普及安全饮用水健康知识,需学校、家庭和社会形成三方合力,相互协作,广泛利用多种渠道,提高健康知识知晓率并促进改变行为。

Objective ：To investigate the health knowledge, attitudes and practice on safe drlnking-water among undergraduates in Wuhu city. Methods ： By self-planned questionnaire inventory, we conducted a survey on 2 290 undergraduates respectively from Anhui Normal University and Wannan Medical College regarding the individual item of their knowl- edge, attitudes and practice towards secure drinking-water. Results： Al- though the undergraduates in Wuhu city had some knowledge of security drinking-water, yet, majority of them seemed poor towards the health-re- lated awareness. Female students and those majoring in medicine had a better learning than males and those majoring in other subjects, respec- tively. 60.3% undergraduates were aware of their insufficiency of daily water intake, and 4-5. 7% considered poor drinking habits. Despite 40.0% developed the sense of regular water intake, yet, only 25.2% were actually in the habit of daily morning water drinking. Conclusion ： Spreading of the health knowledge on secure drinking-water among college students shall be the concerns of university authorities, families and societies through knowledge provision in wider resources to eventually improve their awareness and attitudes towards health living.
