摘要
稻瘟病是水稻生产中最严重的病害之一,严重影响水稻的产量和品质。近年来,越来越多的稻瘟病抗性基因和QTL被鉴定。利用标记辅助选择是抗病育种中实现基因聚合的快速而有效的途径。综述了水稻稻瘟病抗性基因的定位、克隆的研究进展,以及抗稻瘟病基因在分子育种上的应用。
Rice blast, caused by the fungus Mangnaporthe grisea (Hebert),is one of the most devastating diseases in rice production, resulting in decreasing the yields and quality in rice. In recent decades, a rising number of blast resistance genes and quantitative trait loci (QTL) have been identified. As a quick and effective approach to collect all the target genes in crop breeding, Molecular Marker- assisted Selection was used in mapping the R genes. This paper reviewed the research progress in molecular mapping and cloning of rice blast resistance genes. Furthermore, their application of rice blast resistance genes in rice molecular breeding program was described.
