摘要
为筛选南方抗旱性较强的豆科牧草品种,采用不同浓度的PEG溶液对6种柱花草种子进行了模拟干旱胁迫研究。结果表明,低浓度PEG溶液胁迫时,907、热研5号、热研13号、热研20号柱花草的各项指标均高于对照,对种子萌发具有促进作用。通过隶属函数对各相对指标进行综合分析发现,6种柱花草种子的抗旱性从高到低依次为:热研10号>907>热研5号>热研2号>热研13号>热研20号。
The study was conducted to determine the strongest drought resistance of legume pastures by simulating drought stress with different concentrations of PEG on six types of Stybsanthes guianensis cv. The results showed that all the indicators of Stybsanthes guianens/s cv. 907 Stylo, Stybsanthes guianensis cv. Reyan No.5, Stybsanthes guianensis cv. Reyan No.13 and Stybsanthes guianensis cv. Reyan No.20 were higher than control group under low concentration of PEG, under which the seed germination was promoted. Analysing synthetically all the relative indicators by membership function, the order of drought resistance of the six types of stylo seed was Reyan No.10〉907 Stylo〉Reyan No.5〉Reyan No.2〉Reyan No.13〉Reyan No.20.
