摘要 采用平行跳跃调查法对模拟粮仓中的螨类进行1年的群落多样性和动态研究。结果表明:捕获的螨类隶属于5科7属,腐食酪螨和马六甲肉食螨是优势种,两种螨类因时间变化和调查位置不同呈现不同分布特点。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数变化范围为(0.75,1.5),Pielou均匀度指数为(0.25,0.65),Margalef物种丰富度指数为(0.47,0.78),Simpson优势度指数为(0.43,0.85);采用Jaccard指数对储粮螨类群落进行物种相似性分析,不同季节间螨类群落物种达到极相似,但是不同调查区域之间物种组成有部分表现出不相似。 Using parallel jump survey method to do community diversity and dynamic research on mites in a simulation granary for one year. The results indicated that 9295 mites were captured which belonged to 5 families and 7 generas. Tyrophagus putrescentiae and Cheyletus malaccensis were dominant species. Two mites showed different distribution characteristics at different time and different survey positions. The numerical range of Shannon-Wiener diversity index was(0.75,1.5), Pielou evenness index was(0.25,0.65), Margalef richness index was(0.47,0.78), and Simpson dominance index was(0.43,0.85). The similarity analysis of Jaccard index showed that the composition of stored grain mites was very similar in different seasons, but the species composition was not similar in some different survey areas.
