摘要 结合广东省农业龙头企业广东金友集团有限公司有机大米生产加工实例,介绍了全链动态控制(Dynamic Control ofWhole Chain)技术应用于有机食品加工的内涵与外延,并展望了有机食品加工的前沿技术——物联网技术,旨在为发展有机食品生产和拓宽产业链提供参考。 In this paper, the connotation and extension of the dynamic control of whole chain technology to organic food processing applied in Guangdong province agricultural leading enterprises Guangdong Jinyou Compony was introuduced. At the same time, to provide a reference for the development of organic food production and broaden the food industrial chain the forefront technology of organic food processing the Internet of Things technology was also illustrated.
