摘要 针对云南某难选氧化锌矿进行了浮选研究,试验结果表明硫化胺法不适宜该氧化锌矿石的浮选。对含锌6.1%,铅2.3%的原矿硫化—浮选铅后的尾矿,采用捕收剂C08,抑制剂GZT浮选该氧化锌矿物时效果较好,闭路试验可获得锌精矿品位为23.15%,回收率为59.20%的浮选指标。 The flotation test on refractory oxided zinc ore from Yunnan province had been carried out. Experimental results showed that the oxided zinc ore could not be recovered by the Na2S -a- mine method, and a satisfactory flotation index could be obtained by using the collector C08, inhibitor GZT, after the oxided lead had been sulphidizing collected from the raw ores containing 6.1% Zn and 2.3% Pb. Oxided zinc concentrate with a zinc grade 23.15% and a zinc recovery 59.20% was obtained using the new reagents, in the close circuit test.
