河北省区域协调发展评价研究

Evaluation of the regional coordinated development in Hebei Province

首先根据评价指标体系构建原则,从经济、社会、资源、环境四个方面选取23个指标构建区域协调发展评价指标体系,然后运用因子分析和聚类分析对河北省区域协调发展水平进行综合评价.结果表明:地区间区域协调发展程度的地域性比较明显;各地区的经济、社会、环境、资源发展水平差异较大;经济和社会发展水平与区域协调发展水平呈不严格的正相关关系;经济、社会、环境三个因素对区域协调发展同等重要,资源的影响相对较小.最后,结合实际情况对评价过程中发现的问题进行分析,有针对性地提出了促进河北省区域协调发展的政策建议.

Firstly,based on construction principles of evaluation index systems,by selecting 23 basic indicators from economy,society,resource and environment,the paper designs the evaluation indicator systems of regional coordinated development,then evaluates and classifies the level of regional coordinated development in Hebei with factor analysis and cluster analysis.The results indicate that the levels of regional coordinated development are more apparent,and the differences in development level of each city＇s economic,social,environmental and resource are bigger.The level of economic and social development and regional coordinated development are not strictly positive correlations.Economy,society and environment are equally important for regional coordinated development,while resource have relatively smaller impact.In accordance with the actual situation,it analysts the problems founded in the process of evaluation.At last,it puts forward specific recommendations for improving regional coordinated development in Hebei province.
