摘要
通过对寿宁县坑兜水电站无压尾水结构进行有压改造,解决尾水渠出口淹没在尾水面下所引起的尾水能量过度消耗问题,同时还改造水轮机转轮叶片型线以适应电站机组实际单位转速提高水力效率.事实证明通过技术改造后,电站单机实现满发超发,双机总出力也从原来的2600kW提高到了3060kW.但由于高压引水隧洞的断面偏小难以处理,电站运行仍然未能达到额定出力,有待解决.
After the technological transformation in Kengdou Hydropower Station, the output of a single unit realizes full power generation and that of double units improves from the original 2 600 kW to 3 060 kW. The technological transformation includes two aspects. Firstly, the non-pressure tail water structure of the power station is reconstructed to deal with the problem of tail water energy being over expended because of tailrace outlet submerged under the tail water, Secondly, the profiles of hydraulic turbine runner blades are reconstructed to adapt to the actual unit of rotational speed to increase hydraulic efficiency. With the high-pressure water diversion tunnel being difficult to deal with due to the small cross section, plant operation still fails to achieve the rated output, which remains to be solved.
