高教园区医疗卫生服务资源共享模式的探讨

依据中国医疗卫生保障体系发展趋向和高教园区医疗卫生服务领域中的人员与技术、设备与资金、管理模式等资源配置的基本状况,提出一定规模的高教园区医疗卫生服务资源常态与非常态以及网络资源共享模式的构想,并基于共享模式发展目标、运作理念、网络布局、收费标准和利益益分配规则等视角探索共享模式的实现途径,以充分发挥高教园区医疗卫生服务资源的综合效益.

Based on the trend of Chinese medical and health higher education area, such as the personnel and technology, security system, the resources allocation of health service in equipment and funds, as well as the management mode is analyzed. The resources sharing mode of medical health service in normal and abnormal state, as well as online, is also put forward based on the perspectives of development goals, operation concept, network layout, charges and interest distribution in order to take advantages of health service resources in higher education area.
