摘要
研究了砷与二硫代安替比林甲烷的显色反应 ,在 2 mol/L的硫酸介质中 ,砷与试剂发生灵敏的显色反应 ,配合物最大吸收在 32 7nm处 ,0 μg/2 5m L~ 30 μg/2 5m L符合比耳定律 ,摩尔吸光系数为 2 .72× 1 0 4 ,该方法简便、快速、选择性好 ,可用于化妆品中砷的直接测定。
In this paper,color reaction of arsenic with disulfoantipylmethane has been studied.In 2mol.L^-1H_2SO_4 medium,arsenic reacts with disulfoantipylmethane to form a 1∶2 complex with an absorption maximum at 327nm,the apparent molar absorptivity is 2.72×10~4l mol^-1 cm^-1.Beer`s law was obeyed over 0μg~3μg As(Ⅲ) in 25ml solution.The method is sensitive,selective and rapid,it has been used to determination of trace arsenic in cosmetic samples with satisfactory result.
