摘要 研究了ERP系统(企业资源计划管理平台)实施后评价的理论和方法,对目前广泛使用的各种评价方法的优缺点进行了对比,并就中煤集团ERP系统后评价工作中的指标体系的建立,提出总体思路:按照ERP项目建设的3个阶段梳理后评价指标,结合平衡记分卡的4个维度给出后评价指标矩阵。 The paper had a study on the post evaluation theory and method of the ERP system (the resources planning and management platform of the enterprise). The paper had a comparison on the advantages and disadvantages of each evaluation method widely applied. The paper provided the general idea for the establishment of the index system applied to the post eval- uation of ERP system in ChinaCoal Group. The post evaluation indexes were prepared according to the three stages of ERP project building. The post evaluation index matrix was provided in combination with the 4 dimensions of the balanced score- card.
