摘要
介绍利用三维参数化机械设计软件对喷淋式饱和器进行参数化建模设计,与传统的二维设计相比做到精确表达尺寸和直观反映其结构特点,利用关键参数控制模型尺寸,可以依据化工工艺专业的需要进行快速精准设计,基于该三维模型的设计成果利用流体分析软件对喷淋式饱和器的内部流场进行数值模拟并对其结果进行讨论。
Introduced parametric modeling of Spray Saturator by three- dimensional design software, precision and intuitionist expressed dimension, and structure- characteristic compare with traditional two- dimensional drawing, dispensed with complex calculation by controlling model dimension used key-parameter, precision and rapid design according to the requirement of technique and engineering, carrying on numerical stimulation by using hydrodynamic analysis software according to this three- dimensional parametric model.
