摘要
贵州水利、水电工程建设较多，产生的移民量大，移民生存和发展困难凸显。本文试图从构建移民社会保障体系的角度，探索解决移民长久生计的途经。
Because of a lot of water conservancy and hydropower projects being constructed in Guizhou, many peo- ple in the project regions will be resettled. Therefore, the survival and development of resettled people become more and more difficult. The paper tries to find a way of long living of the resettled people on the basis of establishing so- cial security system for reservoir region immigration.
