不同行业项目交叉背景下水库移民征地补偿有关问题及对策探讨——以岷江航电枢纽工程为例

Some questions and countermeasures regarding compensation for requisition of land for reservoirs under background of trans- discipline projects of different professions

由于水利水电工程本身的特点，水库移民征地补偿在补偿项目、安置方式、及其配套政策上与其他项目有所不同。本文通过对不同项目征地补偿政策的梳理分析，以岷江航电工程为例，论述了在不同行业项目交叉背景下水库移民征地补偿面临的种种问题，分析不同项目征地补偿政策的效用以及移民对补偿政策选择偏好形成的原因，并针对存在的问题提出有关对策。

According to the characteristics of water conservancy and hydropower projects, the compensation items, resettled ways and related policies for requisition of land for reservoirs are different from the other projects. The pa- per analyses the compensation policies for requisition of land of different projects. Taking Minjiang navigation power complex as an example, the paper describes some questions regarding compensation for requisition of land for reser- voirs under background of trans - discipline projects of different professions and analyses the reasons formed by the efficiency of compensation policies for requisition of land of different projects and the preference of the resettled peo- ple selecting compensation policies, and also proposes the related suggestions according to the problems.
