风电项目总承包商风险浅析

Analysis on general contractor risk for wind power project

通过对风电项目总承包商的风险进行全面识别和分析，将风险进行分类，利用模糊综合评价的基本理论和方法，建立总承包商风险评价的指标体系，构建总承包商风险的模糊综合评价模型，实现对总承包商风险全面合理的量化评价，最后通过案例分析论证这种定量分析方法的可行性，并提出典型风险的应对措施。

The risk classification is made by using the comprehensive recognition and analysis on general contractor＇ s risk for wind power project, and the index systems and appraisal model of general contractor＇ s risk are set up by using the basic theory and method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to realize the quanfization appraisal for general contractor＇ s risk. Finally the feasibility of quantization analytic method is demonstrated by the example of case and the countermeasures of typical risk are proposed.
