摘要
企业战略是企业运作的方向和目标，人力资源管理必须确保与企业的战略方向协调一致，为企业战略管理提供重要支撑。人力资源管理信息系统作为人力资源管理的重要手段和工具，是实现战略人力资源管理的基础。本文从贵阳院人力资源管理信息系统的开发现状人手，分析存在的主要问题，提出改进的主要对策及措施，以促进管理水平提高，实现企业战略规划。
The enterprise strategy is the direction and target of enterprise operation. HR management must coordi- nate with enterprise strategy and provides important support for enterprise strategy. As an important approach and tools for HR management, the information system of HR management is a foundation to realize strategic FIR man- agement. The paper analyzes the main problems and proposes main suggestions to raise the management level and realize the planning of enterprise strategy according to the development status of information system for HR manaze- ment of HYDROCHINA GUIYA NG.
