传统单圆弧离心叶轮加载规律研究及数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 运用控制加载规律的方法,分析了传统单圆弧离心叶轮的加载规律,得到了其叶片型线和安装角的对应关系。对单圆弧叶片进行了数值试验,分析了不同流量下的流场图形及性能曲线,比较了单圆弧叶片和其他各种加载规律的气流落后角、滑移系数和性能。得出了不同加载规律下叶轮的性能曲线,并结合欧拉方程和数值试验,证明了单圆弧离心叶轮属于前加载。 The method of controlling loading rule is used to analyze the loading rule of traditional singie arc centrifugal impeller, then, the corresponding relation between blade shape and fixed angle is found. The numerical simulation experiment for the single arc impeller is done to analyze the flow graph and the performance curve. The deviation angle, the slip coefficient and the per- formance of single arc impeller and differ loading rule are compared, and the performance curve of impeller in differ loading rule is gotten. According to the Euler equation and the numerical simu- lation experiment, it is proved that single arc centrifugal impeller is a kind of front loading rule.
