摘要
攀成钢3号高炉有效容积为410 m3,第二代炉役中修后于2012年6月16日开炉。此次开炉实现了2天达产,3天钒钛矿配比超过40%,创造了攀成钢高炉开炉快速达产的历史新记录。开炉使用的带风装料、多环布料等技术在攀成钢属于首次,为今后高炉快速开炉及达产积累了经验。
The No. 3 blast furnace has effective volume of 410 m^3 , in Pangang Group Chengdu Steel & Vanadium Co. ,Ltd (CSST). The second generation of furnace after repair have started on June 16, 2012. This time blowing-in reached production in 2 days, and vanadium titanium ore matching exceeded 40% in 3 days,so it created the new records in the history of CSST. This is the first time to use wind loading, polycyclic fabric technology during blowing-in in CSST, for further quicker blowing -in blast furnace accumulated more experience.
