重钢新区1^#、2^#高炉合理喷煤实践

RATIONAL PCI PRACTICE ON 1^# AND 2^# BF IN CISC NEW DISTRICT

高炉喷煤的合理与否,既要考虑煤的喷吹条件,也要考虑高炉炉况的影响。2011年重钢新区1#、2#高炉一方面抓技术措施以改善喷煤条件,另一方面加强操作以确保高炉炉况的稳定顺行,进而提高其利用系数,在满足煤比限制性条件的前提下进行合理喷吹,1～9月份取得了较好的喷吹效果。

The PCI is reasonable or not, not only to consider the coal injection condition, also to consider the BF status. In 2011, 1^# and 2^# BF in CISC new district, coal injection conditions, and strengthening the operation to ensure BF utilization coefficient and making reasonable injection under taking technical measures to improve BF status stability, further, improving meeting restrictive conditions, had achieved good blowing effect from January to September.
