摘要
浇注过程中保护渣卷渣是IF钢镀锌板线状缺陷产生的一个重要因素,在对缺陷检验分析的基础上,采用调整保护渣成分,提高保护渣表面张力和粘度的技术措施,降低浇注过程中的卷渣几率,减少了铸坯皮下夹渣,IF钢镀锌板线状缺陷率由5.21%降为1.0%以下。
Mold powder entrapment is one of the affecting factors on linear defect in IF galvanized steel sheet in casting process. Based on the analysis of defect, Flux composition was adjusted, otherwise, Flux surface tension and viscosity were raised. After taking these measures, mold powder entrapment and casting subcutaneous slag decreased obviously, in addition, the defect rate of linear defect in IF galvanized steel sheet reduced to less than 1.0% from 5.21%.
