摘要
介绍了近红外光谱仪,分析了光谱仪的基本原理,具体介绍了傅立叶变换光谱仪的原理、构成和信号处理等,并结合光谱学理论和傅立叶变换光谱仪原理,通过实验进行了验证。
The near infrared spectrometer (NIR) is introduced in this article, and the basic princi- ples of spectrometer are analyzed. The principle, the structure, and the signal process of Fourier transform spectrometer are introduced in detail. According to the theory of spectroscopy and the principle of Fourier transform spectrometer, the Fourier transform spectrometer is validated by the experiment.
