摘要
针对实际应用中,尤其是现场运行环境较差,干扰严重的情况下,如何提高CAN总线的抗干扰能力,使系统更加可靠的运行,进行了深入的研究和探索。首先对CAN总线技术及其在电动伺服控制系统中的应用进行了简单介绍,之后介绍了CAN总线通信介质的选取,在此基础上从传导和辐射两个方面对通信系统的干扰形成机理进行了分析,并介绍了屏蔽接地对系统抗干扰性能的影响,最后从电路隔离和滤波两个方面入手,对系统的抗干扰进行详细设计,从总体上提升了总线通信系统的抗干扰能力,使其能够在恶劣的工作环境中正常、可靠运行。
This paper studies how to improve the anti-interference ability of CAN Bus communications when we use it, especially in harsh and full of interference circumstance. This paper makes a brief introduction of CAN Bus technology used in Electrical servo system and the selection of communication medium, on these bases, analyses the conducted interference and radianted interference mechanism , at the same time, shows affect of shielding and grounding to the anti-interfere abili- ty. Finally, we introduce the isolating and filtering method to improve the anti-interfere ability of Electrical servo system, so the system has a high ability of anti-interfere, and can be competent for severe circumstance.
