逆向物流运作具有更高的不确定性和复杂性,物联网技术通过信息共享平台的建立,能够有效破解逆向物流运作过程中的信息障碍,提高逆向物流的运作效率,降低逆向物流的运作成本。同时,逆向物流的成功运作还应当充分利用物联网信息共享平台建立决策机制、沟通机制和合作机制。

Reverse logistics operation has high uncertainty and complexity, the internet of things can solve the information barriers in the process of reverse logistics through the information sharing platform, improve the reverse logistics＇ operation efficiency, and ruduce operation cost. In addition, the success of reverse logistics should also make full use of the information sharing platform based on the internet of things to for the mechanisms of decision-making,communication and cooperation.
