摘要
通过研究VMI(供应商管理库存)的发展历程,讨论了VMI的概念和优点,重点研究VMI目前在我国的应用,分析这一国外成熟的库存管理模式在我国未得到广泛应用的原因,并提出了VMI在我国未来的发展方向。
This paper finds development of VMI and describes concept ＆ advantage of VMI. Based on application of VMI in China, the paper analysis why VMI hasn＇t widely used in China as a mature method in foreign countries. In the end, the paper proposes future development of VMI in China.
