摘要
全面实施铁路物资公开招标采购是规范铁路物资采购管理,推进铁路科学发展的要求。文中通过对物资招标采购的过程分析,从招标环节、供应商动态管理、质量跟踪三个角度对物资招标采购质量控制策略进行了分析。
