摘要
通过对近年来南通辖区锚泊船舶事故进行数理统计;总结归纳锚泊船舶事故存在的特征;针对辖区锚泊船舶存在的风险,提出了加强锚泊船舶管理的一系列具体措施。
This paper analyses the recent years anchorage ship accident of Nantong Jurisdiction by mathematical statistics method; summarizes the characteristics of anchorage ship accident; puts forward a series of specific measures to strengthen the management of the anchorage ship.
