低碳物流背景下物流管理专业人才培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Low-Carbon Logistics Management Professional Personnel in Colleges and Universities

针对当前物流行业的低碳发展趋势与现状,以及传统物流管理专业人才培养模式无法满足物流低碳化发展需求的局限性,提出了物流管理人才培养模式低碳化改革问题。在分析低碳物流管理人才应具备的核心能力的基础上,从课程设置、教育模式和教师队伍等方面提出了低碳物流管理人才培养模式构思,为高校物流管理专业人才模式低碳化改革提供参考信息。

To fixing the gap between low-carbon logistics and trdditional logistics management Professional personnel cultivation, we studied the problem of logistics management Professional personnel cultivation mode reform. First of all, we analyzed the key capability witch professional low-carbon logistics managers had to have. Then the design of low-carbon logistics personnel cultivation mode was showed in curriculum provision, education model and teacher team,witch helped colleges and universities to implement their logistics management personnel cultivation reform.
