摘要
以间过氧化氢二异丙苯 (m -DIP)替代对过氧化氢二异丙苯 (p -DIP)作引发体系的氧化剂 ,进行了丁苯橡胶的小试和生产装置试验。结果表明 ,所生产出的低温乳聚丁苯橡胶性能符合GB12824—91要求 ;与 p-DIP相比 ,使用m -DIP可进一步提高后期聚合反应速率 。
The bench test and the production test of styrene-butadiene rubber were studied with 1,3-diisopropylbenzene hydroperoxide as the oxidant in initiation system instead of 1,4-diisopropylbenzene hydroperoxide.The results showed that the properties of emulsion polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber accorded with the demands of GB 12824—91.The rate of polymerization was higher than that with 1,4-diisopropylbenzene hydroperoxide and the consumption of oxidation-reduction system was decreased.
