Technology of Emergency Management for Marine Oil Spill

海上溢油事故不仅给企业造成巨大经济损失,如果处置不当还将引发严重的环境污染事故。文章基于对大连"7.16"及BP"4.20"溢油污染事故处理方法分析,探讨了国内外海上溢油应急技术的发展概况,并结合中国石油企业海上溢油应急建设实际情况,探究了中国石油企业海上溢油应急处置的关键技术问题。为中国石油企业海上溢油应急管理建设和应急技术发展提供参考。

The marine oil spilling accident causes not only huge economic loses fro enterprises,but also severe environmental contamination accidents if not properly dealt with.This article discusses the development overview of the emergency dealing technology for marine oil spilling accident domestic and overseas based on the analysis of the treatment method for the Dalian '7.16' and BP '4.20' oil spilling pollution.The key technology for oil spilling emergency at sea of oil industries in China is discussed along with the actual situation of the preparation for the marine oil spilling emergency,which provides reference for the management and technology development of the marine oil spilling emergency for the oil industries in China.
