摘要
以硫黄 (1.5份 )、促进剂DM (1.5份 )作为NBR交联剂 ,在100℃下动态硫化8min ,制得了HNBR/NBR共混物。考察了不同硫化体系及并用比对动态硫化共混物性能的影响 ,对比了动态硫化和静态硫化共混物在性能上的差异 ,并对其加工流动性和微观结构作了探讨。结果表明 ,随着HNBR含量的增加 ,动态硫化共混物性能提高 ,尤其是动态硫化共混物的耐热空气老化性能要优于静态硫化共混物的 ;TEM分析表明 。
The dynamically vulcanized HNBR/NBR blends were made through the process: S 1.5 phr and accelerator DM 1.5 phr as vulcanizing agent of NBR, dynamically vulcanized time 8 min at 100 ℃. The influences of the curing system and the blending ratio on the properties of blends were investigated and the properties of the dynamically vulcanized blends were compared with those of the statically vulcanized blends. And the micro-structure of the dynamically vulcanized HNBR/NBR blends was analyzed. The results showed that the properties of the dynamically vulcanized blends were raised with HNBR adding and its hot air aging was better than that of the blends vulcanized statically. TEM analysis showed that the phase of HNBR on HNBR/NBR mass ratio 40/60 became the continuous phase.
