惠农政策传播现状及对策研究——基于江西省星子县白鹿镇农户调查

Dissemination of Farmers-Benefiting Policies:Current Situation and Countermeasures——A Study Based on Survey of Farming Households from Bailu Town,Xingzi County,Jiangxi Province

惠农政策传播是否及时和是否到位直接影响惠农政策的执行效果。通过对江西省星子县白鹿镇农户调查数据分析发现,惠农政策的传播现状不容乐观,传播效果不理想,同时针对惠农政策传播存在的问题提出若干对策建议。

Timely dissemination of farmers-benefiting policies is one of the decisive factors which directly influences how effectively the policies are applied.However,the task has not been smoothly carried out due to various reasons.With Bailu Town of Xingzi County as the sample,this paper studies how successful farming-benefiting policies are disseminated in an effort to present the current situation and to address the existing problems.Some countermeasures and advices were also proposed to promote the dissemination of farmers-benefiting policies.
