中国科技投入与经济增长的动态关系的实证研究

Dynamics between Economic Growth and Fiscal Expenditure for Science & Technology

运用广义脉冲响应函数法与方差分解法,考察了1990—2009年间我国财政科技投入、科技活动经费内部支出总额与经济增长之间的动态关系。研究结果表明:三者之间存在长期均衡关系;财政科技投入拉动了经济增长,经济增长又激励政府增加对科技活动的财政投入;政府财政科技投入对经济增长的影响明显高于科技活动活动经费内部支出总额的影响。

By using the Vector auto regression model,the dynamics between fiscal expenditure for science technology and economic growth from 1990 to 2009 in China is examined.The result shows that both are positively correlated,with the former promoting the latter.Yet,the fiscal expenditure for science technology optimizes the RD expenditure structure in view of developed countries＇ experience in input of science technology.
