科技创新不仅能够促进消费需求与投资需求,也能促进产业结构的转变,从而促进江西经济转型。通过对江西现有的经济发展方式进行实证分析,得出江西原有的经济发展方式是以要素投入为主的粗放型发展方式,不符合科学发展的要求,必须向主要依靠科技进步、管理创新转变。提出江西科技创新拓展投资需求,必须加强创新平台建设,培育创新企业,扩大生产者创新能力。江西科技创新扩大消费需求,必须满足消费者更高层次的需要,提高消费者的购买力。科技创新促进产业结构转变策略是加大技术创新,推进三次产业协调发展;加大技术改造,提升传统产业水平。

Science and technology innovation can not only promote the consumption and investment demand,but also quicken the changes of industrial structure,thus accelerating the transformation of Jiangxi＇s economy mode.An empirical analysis of the existing economic development in Jiangxi discovered that Jiangxi＇s economic development is based on the consumption of material resources to the extensive development pattern.This reality does not accord with the requirement of scientific development.Therefore,we must transform it relying on the progress of science and technology and management innovation.Therefore,it is necessary to increase investment demand for science and technology innovation in the province,strengthen the innovation platform construction,breed innovation enterprises,and extend the innovation ability of the producer.If science and technology innovation in Jiangxi is to expand consumption demand,it must meet consumers＇ needs of a higher level,and improve consumers＇ purchasing power.To promote the industrial structure transition through scientific and technological innovation,technological innovation and technical reformation must be increased.Meanwhile,coordinated development of the three industries and the level of traditional industry must be promoted.
