摘要
通过对农村信息资源、农村信息技术等进行有效利用,能够相应地提高农业生产效率。文章详细分析黑龙江农村信息化发展的现状,阐释了黑龙江省农村信息化存在的主要问题,并有针对性地提出加速农村信息化的对策建议。
Through the use of agricultural information resources, agriculture and IT,it can improve the efficiency of agricultural production. Through detailed analysis of the status of Heilongjiang Province, rural areas development, the article illustrates information technology of the rural areas in Heilongjiang Province and proposes relative suggestions to speed up rural information.
