摘要
食品专业课主要侧重培养学生在掌握专业理论知识基础上解决实际问题的能力,根据本校的专业设置选择适宜的教材并紧跟国内外发展现状因时制宜地授课,同时建立高效的课堂教学环境,引导大学生进行研究性学习及开设相应实验课以提高学生的实践能力等多种形式相结合的教学方式,收到良好的教学效果。
Teaching object of food special course is emphasized on fostering capability of students who solve practical problem with special theory knowledge, so we choose compatible textbooks that is suitable to the occasion,establish high - performance teaching circumstance, and set up adaptive experiment course to enhance students'practical capability.
