摘要
在农业法和竞争法领域,利用部门法自身的特点,农业法专注于农产品的种植、培育,以及农地的规模集约和农民的合作经营等方面对五常大米的品牌发展提供保障和推进力量;竞争法则在维护竞争秩序的基础上,利用豁免制度和打击不正当竞争等措施保障农产品领域的产业化经营发展,从而实现消费者利益和农业经营者利益的双赢。促进并实现地区经济实力的提升,是农业法与竞争法共同追求的目标。
In the fields of Agricultural law and competition law, the former could focus on legal problems of agricultural planting, nurturing, large - scale operation of farm lands and farmers' co - operative, the latter could focus on legal problems of agricultural exemption, anti - competitive behaviors on the basis of fair and free competition. The purposes of the two laws enforcement in agriculture are to support and protect the consumers and farmers interests and enhance the regional economic strength.
