摘要
组织行为学作为一门管理学科在经济建设各领域的重要作用逐渐凸显.本文以从企业人力资源管理现状入手,分析了组织行为学中的激励理论在企业人力资源管理中的应用,探讨了组织行为学在企业人力资源配置中的作用,指出企业管理者还应综合运用组织行为学的理论知识,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地.
The role played by organizational behavior in the field of economic construction as a management discipline is becoming increasingly prominent. Based on the analysis of enterprise human resource management, the author analyses the use of motivation theory of organizational behavior in corporate human resources management and the role in the allocation of human resources is discussed in the enterprise organizational behavior. It is suggested that the corporate managers should make comprehensive use of the theoretical knowledge of organizational behavior so that enterprises are always in an invincible position in the fierce market competition.
